Great place, even so it was a little big for me, since I was all by myself. In July I went to Germany to see my Sister in Law, since she could't not come to Florida for vacation with me. She is doing fine after her operation. We are thinking of maybe coming to Florida next year. Let you know in time, if we like to get your place. Thanks again! P.S. "Beautiful condo with all the amenities" We stayed at this beautiful condo in May 2010. All you have to bring are your clothes. The condo is very nicely decorated and is fully furnished and equipped. The building is beautiful with a great pool and access to the beach.
My Family and I stayed in this condo for a early summer vacation. The condo was very clean and bright. I liked that it had a fully equiped kitchen with a table for dinning. Being right on the beach was great and you also have the option of the pool, or relax in the hot tub. We had amazing weather throughout our stay. The owners are very friendly people and were very easy to get ahold of if I had a question or two. I have recommended to my friends if they come to Ft. Lauderdale to stay here. There are lots of fun activities such as, snorkling, fishing, boating, wind surfing, para sailing, clubs, restaurants, and of course a girl favourite... lots of shopping!! Hope to go back again. Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

It does not have much of a view, but having a large balcony is nice. The rooms are large and it has everything one might need. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, who was responsive and cooperative. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the beach, though the ocean water was not warm enough to swim in. Having mandatory valet parking (with expected tipping) may be attractive to some visitors, though we would have preferred a self-parking option. There is a pleasant boardwalk not far, and we enjoyed walking there and back. Everywhere else you pretty much need a car to get to. I would recommend this property as a rental. Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway

I have stayed here for two years, 2006, & 2009. Looking forward to staying again in 2011. The apartment is art deco style, very clean, well kept, & smells good. Everything is new in the apartment. There are lots of DVD videos to watch & when I needed to use the internet I went downstairs to the buisness center & used the computers there. Pool tables are available. It is on the beach & there is a very clean pool & jacuzzi. You do need to use keys to get in & out of the building but that is just for our safety. On the main highway less than a mile away there is plenty of restaurants & shopping galore. The casino is ten minutes away. Fits comfortable 4-6 people. Great communication with landlord. The valet parking was very useful. I called ahead & the car was there. I slipped them a few bucks for their prompt service. I have stayed in the Hollywood area for the past 15 years & hopefully will return to this place. I love it!
What may have once been an oceanview is now a view of trump towers next door. There are 3 queen beds but one of them is a blow up bed. They only have 2 keys and you need them to get IN AND Out of everywhere. So if you have more than 2 people that can be difficult. You get a parking pass but are expected to use valet (with tip) )when you come and go. The only internet access is in the business center which is not open 24 hours. The pool is wonderful, clean and warm. The hot tub is warm, not hot but both are very clean. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay despite the difficulties. I would love to see that they changed their listing because I was very disappointed to not see the ocean from the unit.
