Our privately owned, 3rd floor, gulf-view, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ready and waiting for you. Our building is perpendicular to the beach. Our unit is the second one back from the beach on the west side. The balcony and master bedroom window have a beautiful southwest view of the gulf. You are literally steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sand beach.

BRAND NEW UPDATES FOR 2008! We have installed ceramic tile in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. The living room is newly redecorated with a 42-inch flat screen television, DVD, queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chair and wet bar. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW KITCHEN! The kitchen has new cabinets and appliances and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. New appliances include refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, glass top range and microwave. We also provide a toaster, coffee maker, dishes with service for 12, utensils, etc. The bathrooms have new kitchen-height vanities, sinks and faucets. Card table/chairs and TV trays provided for additional seating. The unit has high speed wireless internet. The master bedroom has a newly remodeled private bath, queen-size bed, and 32-inch smart HD flat screen. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32-inch flat screen.
