Welcome To Our Oceanfront Kona Vacation Rental Beach House! This Kona vacation rental sits right on a small, beautiful, sandy white beach, and is perfect for couples and families. And it’s so easy to live in! The unit has approximately 2300 sq. ft. of centrally air-conditioned space on two floors, plus 400 sq. ft. of lanai space. This particular Hawaii vacation condo is unusual in that there are only 8 units, two per building, and all are oceanfront. Sliding glass doors open onto two oceanfront lanais that overlook the beautiful white sand beach, the black lava rocks, the surf, and sea-life including dolphins, sea turtles, and seasonal whales. The beach starts at the bottom step of the deck! The living room and master bedroom have full ocean views and you can hear the soothing sounds of the surf. The spacious master bedroom is a king-sized suite containing a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and opens up onto an oceanfront lanai. The second bedroom upstairs is large and has its own bath, two twin beds, and a futon sofa that converts to a double bed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. It can be entered either through the house or its own entrance, and is perfect for grandparents, a nanny, friends, or families with more than two children.

This beautiful beachfront townhome proved even better than the pictures and description on the website! It really is right on the beach, and is even more spacious than the pictures show. The ocean breezes were fantastic from the first and second floor porches. It was very clean and well-cared for, and all the promised amenities were really there. It truly is a home away from home. It was great having a well-appointed kitchen, and the washer and dryer were very handy. There is plenty of room for watching a movie with the family, and the bedrooms are large and located to afford privacy. The beachhouse has an open, airy, tropical feel to it. It's close to everything---we dined, snorkled, swam, took a sightseeing cruise, attended a luau, shopped, and visited a coffee plantation, all within a few miles from us. We enjoyed our 2009 trip so much that I am on the website today to plan another visit!
We enjoyed staying in this property. There were five in our party and no one wanted to leave. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We felt like it was our home. We sat on the lanai before sunrise and at sunset and watched the changes come over the ocean. Kona is a beautiful area as is all the BI. We saw lots of whales, dolphins (from the lanai and other areas) and took a snorkle cruise. We stood in the turtle cove and and turtles came right up to us. It was really a thrill. We will definately return.
Aloha! This place is SO amazing - it truly is paradise found. We stayed in August 2011, and had plenty of space for our group in this amazing house. Beautifully fitted out, with an amazingly equipped kitchen (which we didn't use enough, there are too many good places to eat out in Kona). The master bedroom suite is fabulous, waking up to the sound of waves and beautiful sunshine really soothes the stress out of you. We had loads of space for all of us. The best bit had to be the turtles at the protected cove - just hanging out there was so relaxing. And being so close to Kona one way, and Magic Sands the other - we never had far to go for fun and entertainment. Marty and Chris's top 12 list was a great way to plan our vacation, we enjoyed doing all of the things they love. We would add watching the Manta Rays from the terrace (with a drink in hand of course) at the Sheraton Hotel any evening around 8pm. Also having boogie boards, coolers, beach towels etc to use was SO handy. You can really tell that the owners love being here and want their visitors to have the best time - which we certainly did. And even the neighbours are great, really helpful and with a really cute dog that is so friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, amazing value for money in the beautiful setting of Big Island - easily the best Island! Mahalo.
