You found it! A large, nice & clean two bedroom rental that is the perfect place to relax on the Windward/North Shore coastline. Access to Kokololio Beach is at the end of the lane, a 60 second walk away. The white sandy 3/4 of a mile stretch of beach is not seen from the coast road so it's mostly uncrowded. You might see only about 10 families on the beach during the weekends. Mostly sitting in the calm tidepools of Alligator Pond which is a great wave break for small children. The beach is a great swimming beach and waves get to about boogie boarding size at best unless you go to Pounders surf spot a little ways north. The large contest waves during the winter months are not present at this beach since it's on the northeast side of the island. The two bedrooms are air conditioned and have comfortable king-size beds, also with cable tv and DVD players. Two full size futon couches in the living room make room for 4 more guests or children. The large kitchen has been remodeled and is a wonderful place to prepare meals or you can barbecue outside and enjoy the covered patio and fully-fenced yard. A dishwasher, washer & dryer makes clean up easy. Nearby are shopping centers, restaurants, the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU-Hawaii, LDS Temple and the Turtle Bay Resort. World-famous North Shore surf spots and Haleiwa Town are just 20-25 minutes away. Keep in touch with the rest of the world with free wireless high speed access. Free, fenced covered parking comes with this rental with room for an additional car, if needed. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, some snorkeling gear & sand toys are provided. An outdoor hot/cold shower is the perfect place to wash off all the sand before you get into the rental. Come and have fun!

Cancellations are rare, however, they sometimes occur. Our cancellation policy is to fully refund* a deposit if the cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the reservation. Cancellations within the 45 days prior to the reservation are given a full refund* if we are able to re-book the time reserved with another party. If part of the time is re-booked, the refund is prorated accordingly. *All cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee and nominal credit card charge fees are not refunded.

We were looking for a location for our 3 generation family vacation and found the perfect spot. The enclosed yard was ideal if you have little children. The beach was a quick 3 minute walk, beautiful and the water was crystal clear. The unit itself had a large kitchen which was fully stocked and worked well when we ate at "home". The hot/cold outdoor shower was a real surprise, we expected only cold water to rinse off the sand. It was nice to be able to do laundry. An added bonus included beach toys, children's books and even some bubbles our granddaughter enjoyed! We enjoyed breakfast at Papa Ole's and had some of the best taco's ever all just a quick walk from the house. I highly recommend this property. It had so many unexpected extras and we really enjoyed the yard and outdoor eating area.
My husband and I stayed with my parents at the Beach Lane Hale. We had an excellent time! The house is spacious with a great kitchen. The whole house is clean and comfortable. It is close to one of the best beaches in Oahu. During the week we were the only ones on the beach and even over the weekend it was not very crowded. Greg was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay on Oahu. It is much cheaper and more relaxing than staying in a hotel!
My family and I had a FANTASTIC two week stay at the Laie Hale. The house was clean, well stocked for cooking and evening games as well as beach toys galore! We literally were only steps to a wonderful, almost private beach. Greg was very accommodating, kind and helpful. We have only great things to say about the Hale. If we had a complaint it would be we wished we could have stayed there longer!! Mahalo for a memorable vacation.
