Our guests say this is one of the nicest rentals in the area. This upstairs unit has everything you need to be comfortable: an air conditioned bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a large deck with a stainless steel gas grill, teak lounge chairs and a outdoor dining table with umbrella.
Enjoy the nice view of the surrounding area from the ocean to the mountains. The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a full size futon sofabed in the living room for two more. The cozy kitchen means you do not have to go out for every meal. There is a stainless steel gas barbecue grill on the deck - so enjoy the weather & cook outside if you want to.
Located on the southern border of Laie. This rental is just a 75 yard walk from a long sandy stretch of beach (access is at the end of the lane). It is a perfect place to walk, swim, or snorkel with restrooms and showers at the Kokololio Beach Park close by. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, some snorkeling gear and sand toys are available.
The Polynesian Cultural Center (with its luau dinners and hula shows) is just a mile away, along with the LDS Temple and BYU Hawaii a little further. The Turtle Bay Resort is just 10 minutes away and offers a fabulous Sunday brunch and golfing. A little further up the road are the famous North Shore surfing beaches and Haleiwa Town.
Cancellations are rare, however, they sometimes occur. Our cancellation policy is to fully refund* a deposit if the cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the reservation. Cancellations within the 45 days prior to the reservation are given a full refund* if we are able to re-book the time reserved with another party. If part of the time is re-booked, the refund is prorated accordingly. *All cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee and nominal credit card charge fees are not refunded.

We could not have had better accomodations. We arrived January 18 and left January 25. The rental was exactly what we needed. It was a mile from the L.D.S. temple and the Polynesian Culture Center, where we spent much of our time. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to the highway. Our car was secure as there was a fence that closed around it. The rental was clean and had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The owners were very friendly and asked if we had any questions. We were so sad to leave and have very fond memories of the time we spent there. Our daughter and I came to spend some mother/daughter time together and our trip was absolutely fablous, made especially wonderful by a rental that was clean, accomodating, had all we needed, and convenient. We were amazed at all that was available to us: DVD players, VCR, movies, comfortable bed, plenty of closet space, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, patio with a beautiful view, washer and dryer conveniently located, outdoor shower for sand removal, and on and on. If we are so fortunate as to be able to return again, I hope we can stay in your beautiful beach home! Thank you for a absolutely perfect week.
My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon (second marriage for both) and were anxious to return. It was just the same this time. The pictures on the net are true to the reality of the apartment. We loved the large deck with the gas grill, which we used to grill steaks a couple of times. It is so handy to the PCC and the Mormon Temple, which was important to us. We were disappointed that Papa Ole's was closed for the Christmas break since that is a great place for plate lunch. We did find the Hukilau Cafe, north of the Foodland in Laie, where we had many great breakfasts. Thanks Greg for such a nice place in the quiet part of Hawaii.
