Honey Bear Cabin is a charming and cozy log cabin, beautifully
landscaped with one level living. It is located in a quiet valley,
with a wooded view and frequent visits by deer and wild turkey. The
3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is furnished in a clean & simple style with a
queen bed & bath in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second
bedroom and a twin bed over a double bed bunk configuration in the
third bedroom. A comfortable mountain retreat with cathedral ceiling
of knotty pine in the living room, a welcoming gas-burning fireplace,
covered front porch, and through the French doors you will find a
shaded deck. While you enjoy the rustic charm of this cabin, you will
appreciate the modern conveniences. Nicely equipped with satellite TV,
a DVD/CD/VHS player and a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher
and washer & dryer. Perfect for your mountain vacation. With numerous
golf courses and ski areas within a few miles, there are plenty of
adventures to experience. Hike the trails along the Blue Ridge
Parkway, Linville Gorge and the Appalachian Trail, just to name a
few. This cabin requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months. No
smoking and no pets are allowed in the cabin. So, if you're looking
for a mountain adventure, be it golf, skiing, hiking or just
relaxation, Honey Bear Cabin is sure to provide a wonderful vacation
experience.
