Our family of 3 (including 16 year old son) enjoyed a week at 180 Neptune. The property is just as advertised in the website and video. Panoramic ocean view is terrific. We saw huge pods of dolphin feeding just offshore, plenty of surfers, and beautiful sunsets. Location was great for us as we never had more than 30 minute drive to downtown but got to enjoy the tranquillity of Encinitas. The kitchen is a little dated (for those who care), but is very well stocked and when the coffee maker quit a replacement was delivered in just a couple of hours. Outstanding service! We have family in the area and plan to request this property when we visit next.
The stay surpassed what we had expected and intended. I had proposed to my Girl friend on the beach in front of the house we rented, and it could not have been a better choice. the rental co. was honest and everything was presented as it was represented. We will return to do business again. Fantastic experience.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation at 180 Neptune! The views are amazing and the ocean breezes delightful. The home is very comfortable, kid friendly and stocked with everything you need. We were pleased with every aspect of our rental...working out reservation details with Chris is a pleasure and the house was perfect for our family to stretch out in, BBQ, enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach on the patio and stay connected with WI-FI. We had a wonderful 2-week stay at 180 Neptune! If you are looking for a great rental with an unobstructed ocean view from your apt. and patio this is the real deal. We have stayed in the Encinitas/Carlsbad area several times and know what ocean-view means - there are only a few like this! This is a very comfortable, well-equipped place in a beautiful,quiet neighborhood close to beach accesses and downtown Encinitas, and we found it just as described on the website.
