My family and I spent a wonderful vacation in this great property. As Lyn states, this is not a bare bones rental. This is her home and she has thought of everything. There are even toys and games for the kids, books and movies for everyone! The neighborhood is gorgeous....and her house is 1/2 block from the homeowner's park which has a fabulous ramp and a great place for little people to play on the tide pool beach. My husband was very happy to see not just one but 2 big screen TV's. We are real movie buffs and loved watching them in bed after the kids went down. The matresses are top grade which was a big bonus for me as I have a tempermental back. My mom and dad stayed with us for awhile and they were amazed that this property was on the rental market. My mom keep saying that she would be too worried about all the lovely things in the house. They loved the guestroom and made good use of their private balcony. Mom is a wonderful cook and was very very happy with all the ammenities in the kitchen. It was great to have our boat right in our own backyard and not in a common marina area. The tiki and it's furnishings were a dream. We spent as much time there as possible because it was so very comfortable and really cute. Lyn, if you read this we want to thank you again for all your help and also for the Mutton Snapper and Yellowtail you shared with us. We look forward to coming back this summer!
