We are experienced Nettles renters and this was the first year we decided to go with a private rental rather than the local realty team. We are so glad we did! The owner of this unit was so accommodating and very easy to work with. We brought our family and our small dog. It was perfect for us! Clean, bright, and airy, with cute decor and many amenities. Great location and an easy walk to the rec hall / pool. The upstairs / downstairs arrangement was so nice and NOT crowded at all (as so many units @ Nettles are). The kids had their own bedroom and area, and we had ours. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the extra pullout couch (which we didn't even need to use) was ideal. Extra garage / storage space under the deck, and well functioning appliances and washer/dryer. You will love your stay at 1193 Nettles Blvd!
