Zagat recommended restaurant on site (www.navybeach.com [1]) or bbq right on the beach and eat on your own private deck. Apartment has two single beds in the loft area and a King size bed in the main bedroom. Perfect for a small family or mature (in nature) couples! 100 ft from the water, you can swim in the bay or lounge by the heated pool after a nice game of tennis at the courts! Enjoy everything Montauk has to offer with the nearby award winning golf course, Montauk Downs, or the best in surfing at Ditch Plains. Fishing, horseback riding, nature trails, hiking, biking...whatever your speed. In the evenings, the winner is the Sunset. View it from your own deck with a nice glass of wine before dinner or down by the water's edge. Afterwards, enjoy the nightlife Montauk has to offer or chill with a good movie. The point is it's your vacation and you can do whatever you want. Full month rental only No Pets allowed No Smoking indoors

We stayed here with our family in what I can only describe as the best find ever! We loved it. We were able to relax and lounge on the relatively quiet beach during the day, away from the ocean crowd, and enjoy dinner on our deck while watching the best sunsets. The kids skimmed rocks while we bbq'd; simple but yet oh so fun! When it was time for bed, there was no need for babysitters as we could stay on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids slept right behind us in the apartment. We were about 5 minutes from everything and ventured into town for ice cream at John's drive-in & boating or mini-golf but we were quite happy to relax in our own paradise and not deal with the night crowds in town. Lovely for a fun family vacation; not for the crazy set! The pool area is nice but we loved the bay. My only regret is that when I looked up to return, they are now only accepting monthly rentals. Worth renting though even for the weekend use. We will return!
