This home is the last home on a dead-end road located on the South shore of Dam Lake on the Sugar Camp Chain of 5 lakes located between Eagle River and St. Germain. The other lakes include Sand, Stone, Echo and Chain with a total of 2300 acres of water to play in and explore, as there are many undeveloped areas of backwaters. Enjoy a Canadian like experience without needing a passport. This home will comfortably sleep 8 and is perfect for the family looking for a peaceful vacation and total privacy or for friends to vacation together. It offers excellent swimming frontage and it's own private pier with mooring space for 3 boats. For those of you who do not have a boat, it comes with a 14' fishing boat with motor included (a FREE $300 value). Pets considered 250 pet fee prior approval needed..
