This three-bedroom cottage of native spruce is nestled in wooded surroundings around a small pond in charmingly historic Wellfleet. It features a livingroom with beamed, cathedral ceiling, fireplace and two decks. The interior walls, ceiling and floors are finished in natural spruce with spruce cabinets, electric heat and full furnishings. The cottage, part of a small cottage community, is equipped with a color television and a phone for local calls only. Laundry facilities are available on site. Pets are not allowed. The cottage sleeps six people. Twin beds are located in each of the two first-floor bedrooms. A loft overlooking the livingroom contains a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have one closet and a built-in set of drawers. There is one full bath with a shower on the first floor The kitchen contains an electric self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary equipment you will need to make your vacation on Cape Cod enjoyable. A small cooler and picnic jug also are available for use. The livingroom contains a couch, two chairs and color cable television. Board games, such as Monopoly, are stored under the couch. Guests should bring their own sheets, towels, paper products and charcoal. Cleaning items are provided.
