We invite you enjoy luxurious relaxation at Pointe Santo in our beautiful ground-floor condo overlooking lush landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk directly out from our patio to the pool and beach - each less than a minute's walk away... The convenience is wonderful- No climbing stairs or waiting for the elevator! The unit is decorated in light Floridian decor with many luxury touches such as crown mouldings, brass accents, new carpet and tile. The entire unit was remodelled in 2003 and 2007 with a new open floor plan, new baths and vanities, textured walls, ceiling fans in each room, large tiles in the kitchen and bath. Everything is in beautiful condition. We visit often and keep the unit updated and well maintained. Our spacious new fully-equipped kitchen features light hardwood cabinetry, beveledge countertops, filtered water, new appliances, and great lighting. We have a king bed in the romantic master bedroom, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom. Of course we have central air conditioning throughout and a washer/ dryer for your convenience. We provide beach chairs, towels and toys, as well as an assortment of games. The unit comes equipped with three Tv's, cable, 2 VCR's, DVD, and a stereo system. There is also free Wi-Fi in the unit and throughout the entire complex. Enjoy your meals in our screened lanai (patio)- BBQ grills under Tiki huts are a few steps away! We love to have our meals on the patio and contemplate the Gulf of Mexico or watch the exotic birds in the lagoon. Our unit is handicapped accessible and non-smoking. Pointe Santo is the premier property on prestegious West Gulf Drive and features a beautiful spring-fed lagoon surrounded by colorful tropical landscaping and Palms. The heated pool is on its own island in the lagoon accessed by quaint footbridges and overlooks the Gulf. For a relaxing tropical week for the family, there is no better place to stay. wonderfull place and condo, for all who like swimming relaxing and love the beautiful beaches of sanibel Perfect for 4 persons our kids (14,16) loved it Tennis courts were excellent view out of the condo is wonderfull
Well stocked kitchen-waffle iron-cheese spreaders, wow! Fold out couch with memory foam topper- super comfortable. Kids loved the activities in the clubhouse. We want to return.
The condo met our needs beautifully. It was nicely updated and contained everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay. It's a quick walk to the beach and pool and we used the barbeque grills several times. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
We were very impressed with Pointe Santo. The grounds are lovely, the office was helpful, and the staff at the pool and clubhouse took good care of everything. We particularly liked our condo , not only for its attractiveness, but for its location . It is on the ground floor , very near where we parked, with a nice lanai from which we could step right outdoors and walk in less than a minute to the pool and beach. We had fine views of the lagoon and the ocean. The condo is very attractively furnished and was a lovely "home away from home". It slept five people easily with the use of the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the entire condo was very clean on our arrival. i think what we liked best was the location. What we liked least were the hordes of young children there when we were. The pool was a little crazy! It was difficult to find an empty beach chair both at the beach and at the pool. but we'd go back in a minute!
