Fireplace, Microwave, TV, BBQ gas grille. two baths; 1 with a tub/shower combo; 1 with a shower (both on the first floor level). Washer/dryer on porch. House does have heat. Plenty of parking. House has a great porch! Will sleep a total of 11 in beds utilizing bed on side porch. Walk along Surf St. two streets over to access to the beach at the end of Beacon Ave. A 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Dead-end street for cars. $2,400//wk.
