Apartment Fionella is a fabulous new apartment right in the heart of
Praia da Luz towards the western end of the Algarve coast. It is the
largest in an exclusive development of only eight apartments in the
Rua Direita which runs through the centre of Luz. The eight
apartments share a lovely pool and terrace area as well as a
fantastic, large roof terrace with stunning views in all directions.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one a double with en-suite
bathroom and dressing area, the other a twin bedded room. There is a
second bathroom accessed from the spacious entrance hall. Both
bedrooms can easily accommodate an additional folding bed if required
and the apartment is equipped with these. The twin bedded room can
alone easily accommodate both additional folding beds to make a four
bedded room, ideal for larger families. Each bedroom has ample
fitted wardrobe and cupboard space. The bathrooms are modern and
well-equipped. The living area is very large and equipped with a
television with digibox, DVD and CD/tape player/radio. One of the
three sofas is a double sofa bed so if you wish to use the apartment
for six but prefer not to have additional beds in the bedrooms this
option is available. The kitchen is spacious, very modern and
well equipped for six with washing machine, microwave etc as well as
gas/electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and all the usual
items. There are two front facing balconies overlooking the Rua
Direita with views to the sea and cliffs over the roofs of the
buildings opposite. One balcony is accessed from the master bedroom
and the other from both the twin bedroom and the sitting room. Each
balcony is large enough to accommodate six people sitting comfortably
for pre-dinner drinks! There are plenty of chairs and tables on the
terraces. In addition to the front balcony off the sitting room,
there is a third rear balcony overlooking the pool and accessed from
the living area. This is large enough for four to sit in comfort and
it is ideal for barbequing as it is close to the dining area and
kitchen. A charcoal barbeque is provided. The whole apartment is
double glazed and has air conditioning and heating in the living area
and bedrooms. There are shutters to all windows and balcony doors.
There is a large ground floor car park which is fully enclosed and
has an electric door and within that Apartment Fionella has its own
