New livingroom furniture with comercial grade sofa bed for extra comfort. TV in both bedrooms, TV/VCR in twin bedroom. Kitchen has ceiling fan, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, wide slice toaster, can opener. Unit comes with beach chairs, large beach umbrella, tennis rackets rafts, boogie board and sand toys. We also have available a Pack N Play, high chair and bed rails for the little ones.
