The Fort Point River House is an excellent setting for your next vacation, retreat, special event, and/or romantic get-away. It is also a wonderful spot for a celebration or reunion. The River House offers plenty of space, beautiful outdoor scenery, as well as countless local attractions and activities. The River House is rented only as the whole house or first floor for the summer vacations weekends, the MS Marathon, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and MLK BD. The second floor is rented separately only after the First Floor is rented. The owners occupy an on-site separate apartment which can be rented on occasion for additional guests.
