Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser & mirror & ceiling fan. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar, etc. We also have a Washer/dryer in our condo. TV with a DVD/VCR & ceiling fan in the living room and queen size pull-out sofa. Telephone w/ FREE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS, INCLUDES CANADA! Feel free to use our beach chairs. Outstanding condition and looking for renters that will take special care of our home away from home. Sleeps max. 6 people. Did we mention... FREE WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS!! Pool & Bar-B-Que on property. There is a convenience store/gift shop with hand-dipped ice cream right across the street. Our condo is also within easy driving distance to Broadway At The Beach, w/ shopping; Ripley's Aquarium, ( kids favorite); Planet Hollywood; Hard Rock Cafe; Palace Theatre; Imax Movies; Crocodile Rocks, a dueling piano bar (our favorite!!); and many more restaurants & attractions. Cancellation Policy--A $25 Admin Fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the originally reserved time period. If the unit is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for 1/2 of the original reservation.
