We stayed at this townhouse over the summer and it was great. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and really conveniently located. There was a boat rental place right next to us, and Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the YMCA complex were just a short drive away. We like to cook ourselves, and the kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, rather than at a vacation rental. We cleaned the unit ourselves, and saved some money there. I would highly recommend this unit.
