Our 2 bedroom 2 bath (1500 sq. ft.) condo is located just across the street from world famous Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach is famous for it's crescent shape and it's "baby powder soft" sand. The sand is 99% pure quartz and is cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. Crescent Beach was rated "Best Sand Beach in America," 2003 by the Travel Channel. Our condo is on the tenth (top) floor and has beautiful gulf and bay views. Be sure to enjoy the sunsets. We are located on Little Sarasota Bay so there is fishing off the seawall and boat docks for the boating enthusiast. There is private, deeded beach access just across the street and the beautiful beach is a very short stroll. Our condo is located very close to the South bridge which offers the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the privacy and seclusion of the island, yet be close to everything you need.
