Fully furnished one bedroom suite with pine throughout suite.

Bedroom has double bed,nite tables on either side of bed,13" tv,alarm clock,linens and armoir.

Bathroom is a three piece with a glass shower and has shampoo, conditioner and soap in shower as well as it is stocked with towels along with hair dryer and curling iron.

The living room has a 27" tv as well as vcr,dvd, and stereo with a couch that can fold down to a queen bed and very comfortable.

The kitchen is tongue and grove pine with everything from dishes, utensils,pots and pans,microwave,stove,fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cappiccino maker,kettle, and a light stock of groceries in case you wanna buy something you happen to have forgotten.It is like your home away from home.

There is a yard for use in summer as well a pool (when unlocked by owner) .Parking is out back for one vechicle.Secured building with controlled enterance.Seperate enterance for suite.

We accept Pay Pal and Western Union for deposit.No pets are allowed in suite(for allergy reasons)No children are allowed in suite as well. A security deposit is collected on arrival and refunded at check-out if conditions are satisfactory. No increase in party size permitted without our prior knowledge and approval. All guests are responsible for their visitors registering with the owner upon arrival.

We are just 10 minutes north of Port Stanley/Lake Erie and 15 minutes south of highway 401, 15 minutes south of the city of London, Ontario, and just 1 minutes from the centre of St Thomas where you will find shopping, cinemas, entertainment, banks and both casual & fine dining.

The sandy beaches on the north shore of Lake Erie are just a 10 minute drive away, and there are Conservation Areas locally, Hiking Trails, Canoeing & Lake Fishing nearby.
