This condo is located on the 4th floor of the newly renovated Beach Club of Marco (@1/2 mile south of the Marriott). It is a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. (700 sq ft + 200 sq ft lanai).It is directly across from the beach but has it's OWN private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. From the front door to the beach it's a 3 minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor. Everything in this unit is first class to make your stay more enjoyable. The bed is a queen size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommadates 4 people. There are tvs/vcrs/dvds in the bedroom and the livingroom. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and MUCH more. The unit has a view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. From the screened in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf.
