Our Lake Havasu Pool Home has TWO master suites, each with connected full baths. This home has over 1,500 sq ft of comfortable living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy. In the spacious living room there is a queen size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. This home sleeps 6-8 people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed & bath linens. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area and theres more seating at the breakfast bar. In the large living room there is a queen size sofa bed and a love seat, along with a recliner to enjoy while relaxing. The spacious living area also has an entertainment center complete with a TV, Satellite, and local cable access, a VCR, stereo, and CD player. There is also local telephone service and alarm clocks in each room. There is a large covered patio area with outdoor seating for up to 8 people, a propane BBQ, and plenty of shade. Our home is located within the north side of town, and is less than 5 minutes to the Windsor Beach launch ramp, the Nautical Inn, the London Bridge, Movie theatres, restaurants and downtown shopping. This is a beautiful home and is know for it's affordability and it being one of the best places to stay while in Havasu!
