Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.There are three master bedrooms which means that each bedroom has its own full bathroom.There are four full bathrooms total, three are new and two have beautiful tiled showers and one has a new jacuzzi tub with air jets. All the bedrooms are nicely furnished and have flat panel televisions with cable TV. The Kitchen has been fully remodeled and has a new Professional Viking gas Range, New Frankie Sink/Faucet, beautiful Granite counter tops and all new pine cabinets.This house also features a Hot Springs Hot Tub on one of the two outdoor decks. This Hot Tub is incredible and very well maintained as is the entire house. The Hot Tub can be set as high as 108 degrees Fahrenheit but 104 is perfect for most people.

There is a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed in the first bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed and a single twin bed. The last bedroom contains one queen bed. This house is very nicely furnished and comes with all linens. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 50 inch Plasma Television, and a Country wood stove with a glass door. We have a good cable TV package and High Speed Cable Internet that is wireless (WIFI). This house is very well equipped with everything needed including seasoned firewood, BBQ grill, high end kitchen cook ware/dishes and a great supply of cooking spices. Comes with private beach access to the Tahoe Park Beach which contains bbq grills, picnic tables, restrooms, basketball court, volley ball court, and of course the beach.
