Enjoy the pool which is just steps from the unit,(approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. A $318 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and one other person golfing priviledges and full use of all the club's amenities If you are not interested in the golf membership, there is a $158 mandatory social membership which provides you with all the clubhouse amenities, not does not include golfing priviledges. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance using the Chelsea system or in person at the pro shop.
