This charming and spacious villa consists of two buildings: a main house and a guest house. Either house can be rented separatly or together. The spacious master suite bedroom has a king-size bed, a 16-foot ceiling, a sea view, sliding glass doors to the beach porch, a walk-through closet, and a large bathroom, a large, Mexican-tiled shower, and a separate jacuzzi bath that looks into a garden. A door in the bathroom opens to the same enclosed private garden. . . a private hideaway. One guest bedroom, in the main house, has a king-size bed; the other guest room has twin beds. The charming Guest House has a magnificent 360-degree view of the sea and countryside. The fully-equipped kitchen, and the living room look out on the Sea of Cortez. This charming one-bedroom house features a king-size bed and panoramic windows with views of the sea, desert and the magnificent Laguna Mountains. To add to your relaxation, there are two decks with a table, chairs, and chaise lounges for you to read, rest, or enjoy outdoor dining. Life is good living on the beach. Experience fabulous fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, and peaceful walks. The East Cape is famous for its world-class deep-sea fishing. Come experience the excitment of catching a marlin. Charter boat rentals are available just a few hundred yards up the beach.
