On the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned double bedroom, (5.7m x 3.8m) with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens, pool and terrace. The air conditioned sitting room, 5.7m x 5.25m, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay is on the first floor with two three seater sofas and one two seater sofa. DVD/CD players are provided with a range of DVDs/CDs. There are also games, including chess and backgammon and a selection of books. The separate kitchen/dining room is also on the first floor with an extensive range of units, crockery, cutlery and glasswear, cooking utensils, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer with balcony with access to the gardens and private swimming pool. There is also a large dining table with chairs.
