Circa 1924 Historic Property- Full view of Tybee Lighthouse. Short walk (two blocks around Lighthouse)down quiet streets to wooden beach walkover. Two sides: Two bedroom has queen bed in each bedroom (new bedding), large living room with satellite TV/VCR/DVD, diningroom, kitchen with washer/dryer and full bath. Queen futon in livingroom. Two bedroom opens out into large wooden fenced backyard shaded by giant magnolia tree with rose garden.
Private use of fenced backyard. This side is pet-friendly-hand-stenciled oak floors. Both sides have central heat/AC separate units and are filled with vintage furnishings for sale to our "Tybee Cousins".
