You and your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories in this 2-story, 3-bedroom 2.5-bath Mt. Baker country home! The first floor features an open and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, a corner group sofa, and a 60” flat screen monitor, accentuated by a field stone encased gas fireplace. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and countertops, as well as higher-end appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area features a large dining table with generous seating. French doors lead to a full length covered deck…perfect for enjoying morning or afternoon beverages. There’s also a half bath and a separate mud room entrance for gear storage, accompanied by a full size washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed…both flanked by 1-full bath, plus a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another full bath en-suite. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
