This lovely home sits right on the oceans edge (waterfront) and is located at Latimer Point is a private ocean front community, which includes two sandy beaches, both have swim rafts and showers; floating docks to fish or crab off; a brand new plays cape for the kids. The home has been improved with a newer kitchen and a new washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms contain a twin bed and the master bedroom has a full bed. All have new mattresses. WiFi and, Xfinity television with upgraded package including HBO are included. A gas grille and outside table and chairs. Fishers Island is to the south and windows on the sun porch face this unobstructed ocean view. The house has its own small sandy beach. Our main beach is 3 houses away. The Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and all the charms of the area are easily reached, including several wine vineyards which offer tastings. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are a short drive away. Downtown Mystic is within a mile and there is a large supermarket across from the entrance to Latimer Point. Mystic provides a free bicycle loaner program and we rent kayaks.This is our family summer home and is rented only during season.
