The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room are features a queen size futon along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan features a combination laundry/mud room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a built-in gas fireplace, and one full bath en-suite. The 2nd floor loft/living area features a queen size futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving
