Snowater Condo #41 - A Spacious Family Condo With a Private Sauna and a Soaker Tub. Now With Wi-Fi! This spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor condo is a secluded family getaway! Features include a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, and second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
