Down where it is more quiet, but still only minutes of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Our Condo is a CLEAN, UPDATED ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH unit located on the top floor (3rd). OUR UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A OCEAN VIEW, IT IS A GARDEN VIEW, OCEAN IS APPROX A 10 MINUTE STROLL UP THROUGH THE RESORT.There are two flights of stairs, no elevator. We cater to just TWO GUEST MAX. Minimum age of 25. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON BALCONY. NO PETS . Very pretty and nicely furnished Living Room, Dining area and Kitchen with everything you need. Door opens onto a private balcony that overlooks a lush tropical landscape complete with hot tub, pool. There is cable tv in living room as well as bedroom. WI-FI available throughout home. Bedroom is nicely furnished and queen size bed will be freshly made complete with all bed linens at no extra fee. Cable TV in bedroom. Sliders off of bedroom also lead to the private balcony. Bathroom is clean and comes complete with linens, again at no extra charge. Enjoy both worlds, the beautiful view and peacefulness of the garden court yard, and still within a ten minute walk of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and beach! Nestled between your condo and the beach you will find so many activities. There are indoor pools and hot tubs, sauna, steam room, lighted tennis courts and so much more!!! Enjoy the largest outdoor OCEAN FRONT pool in the area. Snack bar for goodies in season as well. Enjoy a cocktail or join in the seasonal entertainment at the QUARTER DECK, which is a OCEAN FRONT lounge area!!! Then a short walk back to the quietness of your lovely condo! Feel secure as the resort is guarded 24 hours a day. Our unit is located to the back of the resort where usually it is no problem to find a parking spot. We do require 7 night minimum in season, but offer shorter term stays all other times. Contact us for special requests. We are offering special rates as well due to fact our condo is new on the market and looking for reviews. Spring and Fall can be the best of everything in Myrtle Beach! Weather is delightful, in the fall ocean water is warm, crowds are gone. So much to do!!!
