We ONLY rent Sat. to Sat. C/I C/O (don't ask for other c/i c/o ex: Sun. to Sun.). C/I is 3 pm Sat. & C/O is 10 am Sat., NO EXCEPTIONS (cleaning staff need a 5 hr window to prepare rental for next group) Rent includes Professional cleaning prior to C/I as well as RARE INCH BEACH (ask about Cabana Club pass) membership for up to 6 persons including babies, beach chairs or loungers provided at both memberships. We furnish towels, pls remember to return them!

Dogs ONLY allowed w/ rent & refundable deposit per dog per wk., any pets not on contract are violations of contract & subject to eviction! CC +IB MEMBERSHIPS ALLOW NO DOGS!

1. INCH BEACH: (short & long term) RARE private membership ocean side beach. Just walk across the street to gated/3 sided fenced grassy play area & open end sandy ocean beach w/ palm trees, bin of beach chairs/loungers, O/S shower + dining w/ 2 charcoal grills/picnic tables/Tiki hut (see pics)! Again, few rentals have this membership + none as close as our rental!

2. Cabana Club (CC): (short & long term mid Feb. 2016, no membership after mid Feb. 2016) KCB private membership ocean side beach: NOW re-opened (underwent extensive remodeling & new website links) 65' temperature controlled pool or ocean front sandy beach w/ lounge chairs, changing rooms & FREE WiFi, PLUS poolside service snack bar/cocktail lounge; Short walk on 4th/5th Ocean Dr., past golf course, NO shuttle service! Also next door novelty/liquor store, Tiki Hut bar/food service & public fishing pier.

Owner's Rental Agreement/Contract (per City of KCB Licensing Agreement) will require: 1. all occupant names (up to 6 max.), 2. all vehicle license /tag #s, 3. Emerg.
