This California style townhome has two bedrooms on the first floor.
The first bedroom has two queen size beds, a large flat screen TV and
a full size, private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size
bed, flat screen TV and French doors that lead out into the backyard.
Head on upstairs and you will find a spacious kitchen that is fully
stocked with all of the cooking utensils and eating utensils that you
need for those perfect meals together. There is a full size washer and
dryer located off of the kitchen area. The breakfast bar offers
seating for two and the dining area has seating for four. The
spacious living room has plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your
favorite shows on the laser flat screen TV. Head out onto the balcony
located off of the living room and enjoy the fresh gulf breeze. The
Gulf of Mexico is just a few steps away from this lovely beach home.
