We Invite you to Enjoy our very nice condo on the Island and Relax. This is a 3 bedroom condo with 1600sft of comfortable, clean, well appointed space. It has a beautiful, fully functional kitchen with all the utinsels needed to make great meals and memories. It is located on a canal with boat slip, and large deck. Take a 5 min stroll to the beach, or enjoy a dip in the pool. There is a private porch equiped with a gas grill, table and chairs. The unit's 3 bedrooms are large and comfortable. They are set up with Queen beds in Master,and second, Twin beds in the third. There is also a sitting room,with pull-out couch and 32" flat screen TV. There are 2 full baths up stairs, and a half bath down. Full size washer, and dryer to keep up on laundry needs. High speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV provided.

The canal is just off of the Packery Channel, which provides boat access to the Gulf of Mexico through the Packery jetties. The jetties can be a productive fishing spot to target Tarpon, King and Spanish Mackerel, Trout, Sheephead, and Redfish...plus the beach is right there for strolling with the family when you aren't fishing. It takes less that 5 min by boat to be in the Jetties from our dock.
