The home is 1840-sq ft., has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a large living room with beautiful ceiling to floor windows overlooking the forest and views of Mt. Raymond. There is a spacious kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, garage, and a large deck overlooking a forest glade with a creek adjacent to the property. The house sleeps up to 8 guests, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Also available is a queen-size, high-quality inflatable bed with metal frame. Our home is within walking distance of the charming community library, the Pine Tree Market, the river, the Wawona school (where there is an athletic field and a basketball court), and several popular trailheads. The Wawona golf course is a mile away from the house, as are the Wawona Hotel, the riding stables, the Pioneer History Museum, Stagecoach Rides, and the Wawona Store and Gift Shop. The home is available for vacation rentals year round. The house is equipped with a number of amenities, including a 51 inch HD TV with 3-D, and surround sound, with a DVD/CD player and an iPod dock. A selection of DVDs, music CDs, and Yosemite-related books, a pool table/ping pong table, badminton equipment, a large deck with patio furniture, gas BBQ, gas fireplace, and all linens and towels are provided. Also available to guests are unlimited, free phone calls anywhere in the U.S. and to most countries, and free, unlimited wireless internet. The home also has two automatically retractable awnings for summer shade on the deck and living room. The home is managed by a property management office which provides it with maintenance personnel, housekeeping, check-in desk and all necessary services.
