Lycan House is a new 4 bedroom luxury home, built in 2013, that sleeps up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The views are un-paralleled as the house is at the end of the lane with no-one to the north or west. Great views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Grenville and the Pacific Ocean as well as the estuary.

Sept 15-May 15 $999 for any three nights plus $249 cleaning fee. Tax is 11.9%. Excludes all holidays

The house includes a grand open spaced living area with a centerpiece see through fireplace, game table, dining for 10. House also features a private hot tub and game room with ping pong and foosball. The house is named after Edward Lycan who originally built a large hotel around this spot 100 years and was one of main developers of the town of Moclips.

Four night minimum during peak season and three nights otherwise.
