Our budget friendly condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a private bath. Decorated in a sea side cottage theme, this cozy studio condo sleeps four comfortably. You'll have a great night's sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the brand new (May 2013) comfy pillow top beds. A large sofa, new 32" LCD TV and DVD player are there for you to relax and enjoy during your stay. You can even 'surf by the surf' with free high speed internet access. There's also an assortment of beach accessories in the closet for our guests to use. The efficiency kitchen has a full size fridge with an icemaker, an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee pot for preparing meals and snacks. Resort has a heated pool, free WIFI, activity rooms, indoor shuffleboard and a new tiki bar that serves food and drinks (hours vary based on the time of the year). The newly remodeled game room overlooks the Gulf and features a pool table, flat screen TV and books to borrow for your enjoyment. There is a shared washer and dryer room for all Continental Condominium guests on each floor and security guards on the premise

Our stay at the Continental Condo was amazing in Panama! The room was very clean and perfect right on the beach view balcony, only steps away from the ocean! Our visit to the Continental condo was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed the private Gulf front balcony in the unit. The view of the beach and Gulf waters ia amazing since the units sit right on the beach and we liked the fact that parking was right in front of the building. Irina from Coastal Daze Rentals was easy to work with and it's obvious they try to keep their condo fresh even though this is a somewhat older complex. The mattresses and bedding appeared brand new and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was somewhat dated but fully functional for our needs. We loved the location close to Pier Park and numerous restaurants and we walked to most places. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again and staying in this condo unit. Overall this studio was a great value for the money. Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
