Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath cottage is cozy and spacious with plenty of room for the family. 300 Yards to the ocean and white sandy beach. It's located just off of Shore Drive in a quiet family-oriented community with 2 pools.
You can see the beach as you pull into Summer Cottages and it is only a 2 block walk to the sand! There are multiple public beach accesses and the Shore Drive area beaches have lifeguards on duty during summer months. We are constantly updating our cottage.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, and the kids will love the front bedroom with 2 double beds. The master bedroom has a private bath, and a jack and jill bath connects the other two bedrooms. The layout works great for families, girls' getaways, golfers, and couples alike!
There is a large covered balcony just off of the living room and plenty of room below the unit for cooking out or playing. You will find all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped. Free Wi-Fi and free long distance calls make it easy to keep in touch while you vacation. Underneath the house is an enclosed storage room with both a gas grill and a charcoal grill, sand toys, floats and a wagon for the kids, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There is also an outdoor shower.
Park your car and walk to everything the Shore Drive area has to offer – Finn McCool’s Irish Pub, Ocean Annie’s beach-front bar, Windows Oceanfront Restaurant, Apache Pier, Straw Market with Flip Flops sports bar, mini mart, gift shop and moped/golf cart rentals. Restaurant row is minutes away, and we’re centrally located to most of the 100+ golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area. Tanger Outlets, Super Wal-Mart, Kroger Grocery Store, and others are less than 3 miles away and easily accessible without even getting on the main road (Hwy 17). Easy access to Hwy. 17 puts you at popular destinations in minutes, such as Broadway at the Beach (8 miles), Barefoot Landing (5 miles), MB Sky Wheel and Boardwalk (9 miles). If you have never been to Myrtle Beach before you will find plenty to do from dining to attractions such as the new Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Ripley’s Aquarium, and many others.
