The living room opens up to the dining area and kitchen.  This open floor plan is perfect for those who all want to spend time together in one room.  The extra entertainment/gaming area downstairs adds the extra room if you want space from one another. There is plenty of parking with 4 spaces in the driveway and 1 space in the garage.
