Our stay at Big Bear Alps was wonderful. The home was in better than expected condition. Plenty of blankets and I appreciate the quantity of cooking gear was provided. The barbeque and TV were very important to my family, so thank you. We loved the location and neighborhood. Thank you also for supply some of the paper goods. We brought some, but when we ran out it was nice not to have to run to the store. We did not use the jacuzzi, but maybe in the winter we would. We couldn't set the temperature to our liking, it seemed set and we were afraid to reset it. But it wasn't too bad, not uncomfortable. I think the only thing we really didn't like was the fact that birds kept flying into the glass windows above the door. The last two days we were there, three birds flew into the glass and two died! The kids were a bit mortified, but one figured out that maybe the birds saw the reflection of the tree right in front of the windows and thought the reflection was another tree. Making sense of the situation made them feel better. I don't know if there is any way to distract the birds from the windows. All things considered my family loved the home. They kept asking if we could buy it. They made us promise to come back a few times a year and to always stay in your home. We promised. (; Thank you for making my kids feel at home. My family and I recently rented the Big Bear Alps cabin in January 2013 and I must say that I was very pleased. This cabin had everything my family needed and more, it definitely was beyond my exceptions. Everything from the jacuzzi to the pool table. My family and I fell in love with this cabin, that we are already planning our next trip!! I am definitely going to be recommending you guys to all of my friends and family.
