Expectations are hard to manage. Especially when money and family are involved. Fathers day weekend, we decided to head on up to Big Bear. My wife and i searched the web for places to stay, and stumbled across "Destination Big Bear". The location we chose was "Away from it all". After talking over our options with Keoni, we packed our bags and kids, and headed up the mountain. Our expectations were in neutral, not knowing what to expect. The picture of the house did not do it justice. It was beautiful, clean, and ready to go. The kids immediately begged to jump in to the hot tub, and my wife and I opted to sit on the deck, and enjoy a glass of wine. But set the house aside for a second. Keoni was by far the most helpfull, accomodating and friendly property management team member we have ever dealt with. We WILL use not only DBB, but specifically ask for this youngman, who took the stress out of vacation-homing. We couldnt have asked for a better weekend. Thanks Keoni.
