Very close to the water with out water front prices!!! The 1/2 acre lot features a huge back yard with large mature shade trees and a beautiful lush lawn for all you out door fun. Relax on the hammock or play bocce ball. Believe me you don't need to bring a thing, too much to list.....The house is very comfortable 1500 square foot rancher that truly feels like home. It's been completely renovated through out, including the perfect kitchen for preparing the best summer BBQ's. We have 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed and futon. All bedding is provided. The home is fully stocked for your convnience, from spices, condiments, & water cooler, to beach towels, lawn chairs & back yard games. We have enough parking for your boats & R.V's and then some. This is our family vacation property that we want to share with your family! Rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday but I can be flexible based on my bookings. We also give multi week discounts.
