Located at Rohr's Wilderness Tours in Conover Wisconsin. Pinecone Place is a Duplex with an upper 3 bedroom unit and a lower 1 bedroom unit. This can be rented as a complete house or individual units. They are connected by a common entry area. Both units have complete kitchen, dining area, tv, and vcr. The house is designed to be warm in winter and very comfortable in the summer with ceiling fans. There is a gas fireplace in each unit as well.
In the upper unit there is futon couch in the living room that can be made to a double bed and a flip couch in the master bedroom which coverts to a double bed as well. The main bath has a tub/shower combination. Pricing for upper unit based on 6 occupants, additional fee for extra persons.
In the lower unit there is a futon couch in the living room that can be made to a double bed. Bathroom has a shower. Pricing for lower unit based on 2 occupants, additional fee for extra person.
