It will sleep 10 easily. It has all the amenities of home including wi-fi, direct tv (HD) air conditioning. The kitchen is a galley type in the living room so the cook can enjoy the views too! It includs a dishwasherstove with ooven microwave. The bright knotty pine living room has a wet island and 1 queen size sofa sleeper. Outside for your enjoyment area picnic table, grill, and of course a large u shape private pier, and a large fire pit..
