Sunset Nest' looks out at captivating 180 degree unobstructed views of the Jamaica Beach wetlands and bay with breathtaking sunsets. Every evening you can gather your friends and family around the outdoor bar/entertainment area to enjoy the sunsets as a group or you can steal away to either of 2 balconies upstairs for a more intimate viewing. Great birding from the deck looking into the wetlands right across the street.

We keep a well-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances plus coffee-maker, toaster, blender, 2 sets of dishes, new set of high end pots and pans, and all necessary flatware and utensils. Enjoy comfortable seating indoors and out. Our entertainment center has a 55 inch TV (with HBO & Showtime) BluRay and 5.1 Dolby sound. Free Wifi Internet is provided. All three bedrooms have a Queen bed. In addition we have a full futon and a queen sleeper sofa.

Linens and cleaning included in charges, however 15% lodging tax will be added. $75 reservation fee (MC/Visa/Discover required to reserve dates, fee is non refundable but applies toward rent). $350 refundable damage deposit on all rentals. Pets welcome for an additional fee ($23/night up to $115 max for the first, $11.50/night up to $57.50 max for each additional pet -- tax included).
