It is a really warm apartment: you will feel like home right away! The two bedrooms are both spacious and both have big armchairs for the luggage and all your things: the first one with a double bed, the second one has 2 single beds. The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower and another one with toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is perfect if you would prefer to have launch or dinner at home. It is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances you could need staying away from home: oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (everything is new). In the apartment you can also find washing/drying machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels and linen.  The bright living room is the perfect place to have some relaxing moment. It is a quiet space with a comfortable sofa, TV, hi-fi system, dvd, Wi-Fi connection and a proper second living room is outside of a big window. It is the huge lounge terrace of 50 square meters furnished with a table with seats and a sofa with a smaller table where you can enjoy a drink during the sunset or a dinner at night watching the city from the high. The Area   The location is strategic if you have never been to Barcelona! Very close to the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia and the renowned Passeig de Gracia, close to the Gran Via (where metro and buses stop by) close to the centre, but far from the high prices (and the chaos) of that area. Only 10 minutes walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and the beach, few minutes to arrive also to the Plaza de Toros and to many others tourist attraction. The best place for families, with lots of shops during the day and safe during the night.
