This Gulf front, luxury condo is sure to become a family favorite!
With 1902 square feet, this large condo has room for everyone! When
you first enter into this condo, you will notice the wonderful decor
in the foyer area. The first guest bedroom that you will see will see
has a Queen size bed, private balcony overlooking Front Beach Road,
flat screen TV, and a large private bathroom. The second guest
bedroom is on the right and has two Twin beds, flat screen TV and
access to the large bathroom. There is a separate laundry room with a
full capacity washer and dryer. This condo is also equipped with a
full size ironing board and iron. The fully stocked kitchen has
stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. The dining area
has seating for six, with extra seating for three more at the
breakfast bar area. The living room offers wonderful Gulf views and
has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system. The couch
pulls out into a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The
master suite is located to the right off of the living room. The
master suite has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and private access
to the balcony. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks, jetted
tub, and a separate shower area. All bedrooms and the living room
have Cable TV. This property has wireless internet for your use.
