Designed to deliver the ultimate vacation experience, the resort is located among 100 acres of pristine maritime forest that adjoins almost 700 acres of wildlife preserve. Both the resort and the preserve are home to all types of waterfowl, deer, fox and raccoons. The area is considered by nature lovers as “paradise on earth”. The forest is robust with vegetation ranging from fern, cypress knees to hundred-year-old holly, hickory and oak trees. This tranquil setting is surrounded by the beautiful beaches and sounds of North Carolina’s Outer Banks. Unit 701 is a first floor unit, but due to building’s location on a hill slope, there are 21 steps to enter the unit.
